Return and Refund

1. Our Commitment

At Aquilux Technologies, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Return Window

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

3. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and tags).

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

  • Items sold as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" (clearly marked on product page) cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened smart sensors or hygiene-related products

  • Software or digital downloads

  • Products damaged due to misuse, water, or unauthorized repair

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at aquiluxtechnologies369@gmail.com or call 9744777903 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return (with photos/videos if product is defective).

  3. Our support team will approve or deny the request within 2 business days.

  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective/wrong products: We will provide a free return pickup or reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to ₹100).

  • For change of mind or no longer needed: You are responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days):

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be sent via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) – please provide your bank details.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items returned with missing parts or non-original packaging.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For exchanges, please follow the return process and mention "Exchange" in your email.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  • Contact your bank; processing times vary by institution.

  • If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at aquiluxtechnologies369@gmail.com.

9. Warranty Support

Most Aquilux products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty claims do not require a return – contact us directly for troubleshooting or replacement.
